Muhd Syafiq Fitri Samshor Kamar, 37, berkata, anak angkatnya, Muhammad Zikkirrullah Abdullah yang berusia dua tahun tiga bulan memerlukan surat pengesahan penyerahan daripada ibu kandungnya.
Menurutnya yang merupakan seorang peniaga, Muhammad Zikkirrullah diserahkan sejak lahir oleh ibunya, Noraini Selamat, 38, kepadanya dan isteri, Norazah Mansor, 34, untuk dipelihara.
“Muhammad Zikkirrullah mempunyai surat beranak dan MyKid. Namun kini saya memerlukan surat penyerahan Muhammad Zikkirrullah daripada ibunya kepada kami seperti yang dimahukan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM).
“Apabila mendapat pengesahan surat tersebut yang ditandatangani dan mempunyai cap jari Noraini akan membolehkan kami menukar surat beranak lama kepada yang baharu.
“Surat beranak baharu yang mempunyai nama saya amat penting untuk memudahkan urusan Muhammad Zikkirrullah selepas ini termasuk apabila bersekolah nanti,” katanya kepada pemberita.
Dia dan isteri katanya, sudah berusaha mencari ibu kandung kepada anak angkatnya itu yang tinggal di Kluang tetapi gagal.
Muhd Syafiq percaya Noraini masih menetap di daerah tersebut tetapi sukar dijejaki kerana kerap berpindah.
“Kami sudah terputus hubungan dengan Noraini sejak dua tahun lalu. Semua usaha dilakukan termasuk menghubunginya menerusi telefon bimbitnya menemui jalan buntu,” katanya.
Justeru, dia dan isteri memohon sesiapa yang mengenali Noraini supaya menghubunginya menerusi talian 017-7263436.
