Lelaki Tawar 5 Juta Dalam TikTok Tembak PMX, Menangis Dihukum Jel 6 Bulan,

KUALA LUMPUR – Seorang pemandu lori terkedu dan menangis selepas Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini menjatuhkan hukuman penjara enam bulan atas pertuduhan membuat penghantaran mengancam untuk membunuh Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim tahun lalu.

Hakim N.Priscilla Hemamalini menjatuhkan hukuman penjara itu terhadap Faizal Mohamad, 35, selepas lelaki itu selaku Orang Kena Saman (OKS) mengaku bersalah atas pertuduhan yang disabitkan ke atasnya.

Mahkamah turut memerintahkan hukuman penjara itu bermula dari tarikh jatuh hukum hari ini.

Mengikut pertuduhan, Faizal didakwa melalui apklikasi TikTok “@jaiadani89” secara sedar membuat dan memulakan penghantaran dengan menggunakan perkhidmatan komunikasi yang mengancam sifatnya dengan niat untuk menyakitkan hati orang lain pada 20 Julai 2023.

Hantaran itu adalah “hari ini aku nk transfer RM5juta kat sape2 yg nak..tapi kena buat kerja sikit la..tembak mati pmx dan menteri2 b** Dan geng2 dap l**” yang mana hantaran itu kemudian telah dibaca pukul 12.00 tengahari pada 26 November 2023 di sebuah premis di Jalan Tong Shin di sini.

Justeru pertuduhan dikemukakan di bawah seksyen 233(1)(a) Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 (Akta 588) dan boleh dihukum di bawah seksyen 233(3) akta yang sama.

Hukuman bagi seksyen itu memperuntukkan
denda maksimum RM 50,000 atau penjara tidak lebih setahun atau kedua-duanya jika sabit kesalahan.

Terdahulu Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Nurilya Ellyana Nor Azmal memohon mahkamah menjatuhkan hukuman setimpal terhadap OKS kerana tindakan OKS yang membuat hantaran itu suatu yang tidak wajar apatah lagi ia bersifat mengancam.

“OKS seharusnya lebih berhati-hati dalam menggunakan media sosial dan dengan satu hukuman setimpal mampu memberikan pengajaran kepada OKS dan orang lain agar tidak melakukan kesalahan sama,” kata Nurilya Ellyana

Bagaimanapun OKS yang tidak diwakili peguam merayu agar hanya dikenakan hukuman denda kerana mempunyai tanggungan dua anak berusia tujuh dan lapan tahun.

“Saya baru dapat kerja dengan gaji RM2,000… tanggung dua anak yang masih sekolah serta seorang ibu,” katanya.

Pada 26 November tahun lalu, Kosmo! melaporkan Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) membuka kertas siasatan berhubung penularan sebuah video di TikTok yang menawarkan habuan RM5 juta kepada individu yang membunuh Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Ketua Polis Negara, Tan Sri Razarudin Husain berkata, siasatan berhubung kejadian itu sedang berjalan dan maklumat lanjut akan dimaklumkan kelak.

Terdahulu, tular di media sosial tangkap layar video yang dimuat naik seorang pengguna TikTok ‘Jaiadani89’ yang menawarkan RM5 juta kepada sesiapa yang menembak mati Perdana Menteri, menteri dan ahli-ahli sebuah parti politik.

Bagaimanapun, video berkenaan difahamkan telah dikeluarkan daripada platform media sosial berkenaan.
