Tidak Perlu Risau Daftar PADU, Privasi Data Diiktiraf Antarabangsa

KUALA LUMPUR – Rakyat Malaysia yang mendaftar Padu tidak perlu risau mengenai privasi data masing-masing kerana sistem tersebut dilengkapi dengan komponen keselamatan yang diiktiraf peringkat antarabangsa.

Menurut Menteri Ekonomi, Rafizi Ramli, setiap data yang didaftarkan dalam sistem Padu adalah sulit (encrypted) bagi mengelakkan sebarang ketirisan data daripada berlaku.

“Walaupun (jika) ada yang berjaya memecah masuk dan memuat turun fail seperti yang selalu disebut-sebut, fail tersebut perlu dinyahsulit (decrypt). Boleh berlaku jika penggodam tersebut mempunyai komputer super yang mampu ekstrak data tersebut, namun itu adalah mengarut.

“Saya tidak pernah maklum mengenai perkara ini kerana ingin melindungi keselamatan sistem. Bagaimanapun, sekiranya ditanya sama ada data sudah ‘encrypted’ atau tidak, itu sudah kita lakukan,” katanya pada sesi Waktu Pertanyaan-Pertanyaan Menteri di Dewan Rakyat hari ini.

Rafizi berkata demikian sewaktu menjawab pertanyaan Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail (PH-Bandar Tun Razak) yang ingin tahu apakah mekanisme untuk meningkatkan dan mempercepatkan pendaftaran rakyat Malaysia terhadap PADU yang mana setakat Januari 2024 hanya 1.3 juta sahaja rakyat Malaysia yang mendaftar.

Dalam pada itu, Rafizi berkata, terdapat lebih dua juta percubaan untuk mengakses data Padu dan semuanya berjaya dipatahkan oleh kerajaan.

Rafizi berkata, sekiranya berlaku kebocoran data atau serangan siber ke atas sistem Padu, kerajaan juga sentiasa bersedia mengendalikan insiden keselamatan melalui Pasukan Tindak Balas Insiden Keselamatan Komputer yang akan melaksanakan penyiasatan punca insiden selaras dengan Pekeliling Am Bilangan 4 Tahun 2022.

“Bagi memastikan integriti data dan kebocoran data tidak dilakukan oleh pegawai yang mempunyai akses kepada data, penilaian tahap integriti pegawai juga akan diambil kira melalui proses tapisan keselamatan oleh Pejabat Ketua Pegawai Keselamatan Kerajaan Malaysia,” ujarnya.

Tambah Rafizi, pasukan pembangunan sistem PADU yang diketuai oleh Jabatan Digital Negara sentiasa bekerjasama rapat dengan pelbagai agensi yang menguruskan keselamatan siber dan privasi data negara seperti Pejabat Ketua Pegawai Keselamatan Kerajaan (CGSO), Agensi Keselamatan Siber Negara (NACSA), CyberSecurity Malaysia (CSM) dan Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi (JPDP) serta Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (KKD).

“Kerjasama strategik ini bagi memastikan pencegahan kebocoran data dan perlindungan privasi data Padu iberikan keutamaan yang tinggi,” katanya.

Sehingga 24 Mac, status jumlah pengemaskinian individu dalam sistem Padu adalah seramai 7,715,559 individu yang merangkumi seramai 4,110,060 (53.2%) lelaki dan 3,615,480 (46.8%) wanita. – KOSMO! ONLINE.
