SHAH ALAM – Bekas isteri pelakon Hafidz Roshdi, Nurul Shuhada mendedahkan kediamannya dikunjungi pihak Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM) selepas aktor itu membuat laporan kononnya anak-anak mereka didera dan diabaikan.
Menurut Shuhada atau Nurul Shuhada Mat Shukri, 29, tindakan Hafidz dianggap zalim kerana dia sebagai seorang ibu tidak akan tergamak melakukan perkara teruk sebegitu terhadap dua anaknya iaitu Umar dan Humairah.
“Baru-baru ini tiba-tiba JKM datang rumah selepas ada aduan dari pihak sana (Hafidz) kononnya saya abai dan dera anak.
“Jangan sebab rasa marah pada saya sebelum ini, dia sanggup nak zalimi anak-anak pula. Mereka rasa trauma apabila ada orang datang rumah ramai-ramai.
“Proses itu juga memakan masa lama kerana pihak JKM perlu buat siasatan dan ambil gambar.
“Kalau betul saya dera anak, mereka akan duduk dengan JKM. Sanggup ke dia sebagai bapa lihat perkara itu?” katanya kepada HibGlam pekarangan Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah Shah Alam, di sini, hari ini.
Dalam pada itu, Shuhada juga menegaskan tidak pernah menghalang Hafidz untuk datang bertemu dua anak mereka namun kecewa apabila dilemparkan tuduhan tidak berasas sebegitu oleh bekas suami.
Kalau dia nak datang jumpa anak boleh berhubung melalui peguam saya. Datang saja bila-bila masa. Kami telah gagal dalam perkahwinan tetapi janganlah bebankan anak-anak yang tidak bersalah, lapor Kosmo.
“Jangan pentingkan diri dan menyulitkan lagi keadaan. Saya juga tertanya-tanya mengapa dia tergamak membuat laporan sebegitu terhadap saya?” katanya lagi.
Dalam masa sama, Shuhada juga memberitahu Hafidz turut culas dalam membayar nafkah dua anak mereka.
“Soal nafkah adakalanya dia tidak beri.
“Mengenai jumlah bayaran nafkah, tanyalah dia sendiri. Dia beri nafkah ikut suka hati dia sahaja,” ujarnya.
Mengulas tuntutannya memasukkan nama ibunya, Wan Latipah Yusof sebagai respondan kedua berhubung hak dan tuntutan penjagaan anak, Shuhada berkata perkara tersebut dilakukan kerana ibunya antara individu yang banyak membantu dalam urusan penjagaan Umar dan Humairah.
Sejak dahulu lagi ibu saya memang banyak membantu menjaga anak-anak, jadi sekarang ini apabila menjadi ketua dalam keluarga saya pula perlu keluar bekerja.
“Sebab itu perlu ada nama ibu sebagai penjaga bersama. Saya rasa tidak salah untuk masukkan nama ibu saya.
“Anak-anak selesa dengan saya dan biarkanlah saya terus menjaga mereka,” jelasnya.
Terdahulu, isu tuntutan hak penjagaan dua anak pasangan ini sudah berlarutan sejak 1 April lalu selepas memfailkan dua hadanah (hak penjagaan) iaitu penuh dan interim (sementara) pula pada 12 Mei terhadap dua anaknya Humairah dan Umar.
Difahamkan, hadanah interim difailkan agar anak guamnya diberi hak lawatan yang tetap memandangkan setakat ini berlaku kesulitan untuk Hafidz berjumpa atau berkomunikasi dengan anak-anak.
Sementara, Mahkamah Rendah Syariah di sini pada 27 Julai lalu mengesahkan lafaz cerai talak satu yang dibuat Hafidz terhadap Shuhada secara lisan pada 22 Februari lalu adalah sah dan mengikut hukum syarak.
Dengan itu, Hakim Syarie Siti Rahmah Hussin mensabitkan berlaku perceraian talak satu yang mana keputusan itu dibuat selepas mahkamah telah meneliti permohonan dan keterangan daripada kedua-dua belah pihak dalam perbicaraan sebelum ini.
Untuk rekod, Hafidz atau dan Shuhada mendirikan rumah tangga pada 30 April 2016 dan hasil perkahwinan itu, mereka dikurniakan dua cahaya mata.
